Responsibility for proper use and/or damage to your vehicle
Many of the items available for purchase here are designed and intended strictly
for off-road use. Many states within the US & other countries as well as local
regulations where you live may apply to the use of some of these items and
knowledge of such regulations are entirely your responsibility.

(and Tuner Tools, LLC) at no time will make
ANY claim regarding the legality of
using any of our equipment in any locale nor in any specific application.
Ultimately YOU are responsible for the equipment, programming & parts you
install or modify in your vehicle. We try to provide the best available
information, but our source of that information is the same manufacturer's &
technical publications available publicly and we establish here that Mazda Tune
will bear no responsibility whatsoever regarding the use of any of these items
in any particular application nor regarding any damage which may result from the
use of such equipment whether properly installed or not. We encourage each of
you to do your homework and know what it is you are modifying or replacing,
learn how the equipment or item works and how it does not work. Teach yourself
the proper installation techniques or hire a qualified technician to do the work
for you.
Mazda Tune is an online store making products available for your purchase at
the most competitive rates available and with delivery to the widest possible
audience. We are not installers, technicians or mechanics and we offer no
technical assistance regarding the proper use of any component or program sold
on our website.
Payment
PayPal, Credit Card, Western Union, Money Gram or Certified Bank Draft Check
with shipping only after the check is approved and completely cleared by our
bank. Credit Card orders are best placed directly through our online stores or
can be taken by telephone. All other forms of payment, please contact us first
to arrange details.
Sales Tax
6.0% CT Sales Tax on all items delivered to a Connecticut address.
Shipping
Shipping worldwide with verified payment & confirmed address. Domestic shipments
are a mix of services from UPS, USPS, FedEX & DHL and the method selected
is at our discretion. International shipments are generally USPS
Priority International or Express International (EMI / EMS) although UPS &
Federal Express are available for additional charges.
Delivery
95% of our products ship within 1 Business Day - Occasionally, we are out of
stock on an item and will sometimes use a drop ship from one of our suppliers.
Drop ships from a handful of suppliers can add up to 5 days processing time and
we will notify the customer when this is the case.
Some international shipments may have a slight delay prior to shipping because
our warehouse direct ships only within the US. For products in this latter
category, they are relocated first to the Mazda Tune store in Connecticut and
then reshipped from here directly to the customer. This can add up to 10
business days on a small number of products. We do try to identify these types
of products directly in our listings and always notify the customer of expected
shipping delays.
Refunds & Returns
We will immediately refund any customer for any negative situation caused by
Mazda Tune and/or for any problem with the product at all, including fit for
purpose or for any manufacturing defects. This cash refund option typically
exists for not more than 7 days after delivery.
We sell only brand new products and all manufacturer warranties apply. We
maintain very good relationships with the manufacturers and will gladly assist
with all warranty issues, including interceding with the manufacturer on behalf
of the customer. In this area, we ask only for reasonable expectations.
Returns for reasons other than defective product will result in a 10%
restocking fee, to be deducted from the refund. If you've simply changed
your mind, or ordered the wrong part without requesting advice, then this is not
our fault and we must recoup the cost of the transaction.
All returns require prior authorizations and an RMA number, please contact us
first to arrange details. Unauthorized returns will typically be rejected.
Software License Keys: Due to the fact that a license key, once issued can
never be actually "returned": There will be no refunds for license keys,
period.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
